HOW IT WORKS

Address the Mechanics Behind Snoring

If nasal strips, mouth tape, or a different pillow haven’t changed much, there may be a reason: they don’t change what your jaw is doing while you sleep.

If nasal strips, mouth tape, or a different pillow haven’t changed much, it’s not you. They don’t target the root mechanics behind snoring: soft tissue vibrating in your throat as the airway narrows.

As your lower jaw relaxes back during sleep, the airway can become narrower and soft tissue can begin to vibrate. That vibration is the sound you hear as snoring.

DIFINEY 2.0 gently holds your lower jaw forward, helping create more room for airflow and reduce the vibration behind the noise. Instead of simply working around snoring, it addresses the mechanics behind it.

Product & Effectiveness

What's the difference between Difiney 2.0 and Difiney 4.0?

Both DIFINEY 2.0 and DIFINEY 4.0 use a boil-and-bite process to create a custom fit. The main differences are their profile, adjustment rail, adjustment range and molding material.

Profile: DIFINEY 4.0 has a more compact shape without the protruding side section of the original 2.0 design, giving it a less bulky profile.

Adjustment rail: DIFINEY 4.0 uses a redesigned rail for smoother sliding when adjusting the jaw position. DIFINEY 2.0 uses the original rail design.

Adjustment range: DIFINEY 2.0 adjusts from 1–4 mm, while DIFINEY 4.0 adjusts from 1–6 mm. The 4.0 range extends 2 mm further, giving you more room to personalize your setting.

Molding material: DIFINEY 4.0 uses an upgraded heat-moldable material designed to fit more closely to your teeth and bite. DIFINEY 2.0 uses the original molding material.

Both models require molding to your teeth. Follow the fitting and adjustment instructions for the model you choose.

How does Difiney actually help reduce snoring?

Snoring often happens when your airway narrows during sleep and airflow causes soft tissues to vibrate. Difiney gently positions your lower jaw forward to help keep the airway more open, allowing air to move more smoothly and quietly.

Will it work from the first night?

Many users may notice a difference early because Difiney physically supports the jaw and airway position. That said, comfort and results can improve over the first few nights as you adjust to the fit and find the right setting.

Is Difiney safe to use?

Difiney is designed for adult nighttime use and made with BPA-free materials. For the best experience, follow the fitting instructions carefully and make sure the device feels secure and comfortable before sleeping with it.

Is this a treatment for sleep apnea?

No. Difiney is designed to help reduce snoring. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure sleep apnea. If you suspect you may have sleep apnea, consult a healthcare professional before using any oral device.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You can try Difiney with our 90-day return policy. If it's not the right fit for you, you can return it within the eligible return window.

Fit & Comfort

How do I choose the right adjustment?

Start with the lowest setting and increase gradually if needed. The goal is to find the smallest adjustment that helps reduce snoring while still feeling comfortable.

How long should I stay on each setting?

Give each setting a few nights before adjusting. This allows your jaw to adapt and helps you better understand what feels comfortable and effective.

What if I don't get the mold right the first time?

Difiney is designed with a boil-and-bite fit, so you can reheat and remold it if needed. Follow the fitting instructions carefully and avoid overheating the device.

Will it fit my mouth size?

Difiney uses a custom boil-and-bite design that softens in hot water and molds to your teeth for a more personalized fit. If the device feels loose, too tight, or uncomfortable, remold it before use.

Can I breathe through my mouth while wearing it?

Many users can still breathe through their mouth while wearing Difiney. The device is designed to support airflow by gently positioning the lower jaw forward. If breathing feels uncomfortable or restricted, stop using it and consult a healthcare professional.

Is it comfortable to wear overnight?

It may feel unfamiliar during the first few nights. Most users need a short adjustment period as their mouth and jaw get used to the device.

Can I use it if I have braces or dentures?

Difiney is not recommended for users with braces or full dentures. If you have crowns, implants, bridges, loose teeth, gum issues, or partial dental work, check with your dentist before use.

How to Use

How do I clean it?

Rinse the device with cool water after each use and let it air dry completely before storing. For deeper cleaning, use a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Avoid hot water after molding, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.

How long does Difiney last?

With regular use, we recommend replacing your device every 6 months to maintain hygiene and optimal performance. Over time, natural wear and nightly pressure can affect the fit and effectiveness, so periodic replacement helps ensure consistent results.

Shipping, Returns & Trial

How long does shipping take?

U.S. shipping is free. Orders typically ship from our St. Louis warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Tracking is provided once your order is on the way.

What's included in the box?

Each order includes the Difiney anti-snoring device and a storage case.

Can I return or replace the product if there is a quality issue?

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or quality issue, contact our support team with your order details so we can review it and help with the next step.
