  • DIFINEY 4.0, 2-device bundle: 90 days after delivery.
  • DIFINEY 4.0, 3-device bundle: 120 days after delivery.
  • Ultrasonic Cleaner purchased separately: 30 days after delivery.
  • DIFINEY 2.0 and Reusable Nasal Strips: 90 days after delivery.

2. Try DIFINEY at Home

The applicable period begins on the date your order is delivered, so you have time to receive, fit and try your product at home.

If the product is not right for you, you may request a full refund during this period. No reason is required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request your refund, please email service@idifiney.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for purchase

Our support team will locate your order and provide the current refund instructions.
