Warranty Policy

Difiney offers a 90-day replacement warranty to help customers try our anti-snoring mouthpiece with confidence.

If your Difiney device fails within 90 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a free replacement.

This warranty also applies if the mouthpiece does not mold properly during the fitting process, provided the product was used according to the included instructions.

The 90-day replacement warranty may cover:

• Product defects
• Device failure under normal use
• Molding issues during the boil-and-bite fitting process
• Items damaged on arrival

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning
• Damage caused by chewing, biting through, cutting, altering, or modifying the product
• Loss or theft
• Purchases made from unauthorized sellers
• Products used against the recommended instructions or suitability guidance

To request a replacement, please email support@difiney.com with:

• Your order number
• The email used for purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem, if applicable
