Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and other factors. Generally:

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

• Standard Shipping: Delivered by USPS. This is the most economical option.
• Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery through FedEx, usually within 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery through FedEx, available for orders placed before 3 PM (EST).

Delivery Areas: We currently ship within the USA only. We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may have shipping restrictions or may not be available for expedited shipping due to their size or nature.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages: FISSIONTECH LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with these issues.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at service@idifiney.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
