Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Cutoff: If you place an order after 3 PM (EST), it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates: Economy shipping is free on U.S. orders. An optional faster Standard service is available for $6.90 where shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: Current estimates shown at checkout are:

• Free Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
• Standard Shipping ($6.90): 3-4 business days

Available delivery options are displayed at checkout:

• Economy Shipping: Free for U.S. orders.
• Standard Shipping: Optional faster delivery for $6.90.

Delivery Areas: We currently ship within the USA only. We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may have shipping restrictions or may not be available for expedited shipping due to their size or nature.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages: FISSIONTECH LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with these issues.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at service@idifiney.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.
