Before, I tried a number of snoring remedies, but this one works wonders. After little tweaking, the adjustable fit is fantastic and comfy enough to wear all night. Not mine, but my wife's, she claims that my snoring has changed from freight train to calm breeze. I wake up feeling more rested too. Definitely recommend to anyone struggling with snoring issues.

These two anti-snoring mouthpieces arrived recently. Examining them closely, the materials appear to be a type of flexible plastic or silicone. This seems like a suitable choice for a device that comes into contact with the mouth. The molding looks clean and consistent, suggesting decent quality control. After using it for several nights, I can confirm it's well-made and effective at reducing snoring.

My apnea is almost completely gone since starting to use this. I awake more rested. It took about 2 weeks for my jaw to stop hurting but it no longer bothers me. Huge boost to my quality of life.

Forces mouth-breathing cut inside of my mouth

The seller reached out to me and gave a full refund of this product (even though I had used it once). Since the customer service was fast and courteous, and I'm no longer out money on something I can't use, I added two stars. I still wouldn't use this product, but would recommend based on the excellent customer service alone. The device itself forced me to breathe through my mouth all night and unfortunately cut the inside of my mouth during use.

No more snore

Regrettably this did not work for me. Within 10 minutes I had such pain in my jaw I couldn't continue having it in my mouth. No way to adjust it. So bummed wanted it to be my answer. I came to add that this company is wonderful and reached out to refund my money. I thought that was above and beyond and wanted to make sure people knew about their excellent customer service.

Works better than the blue version

I bought the blue version of Difiney anti snoring device last month and it worked well. When I saw this clear version, I decided to give it a try, it feels less bulky and more comfi than the blue one. Like it.

It's integrated into my daily life

I tried this product so that both my wife and I could get a good night's sleep. I didn't have much hope, but it surprised me. It's still relatively comfortable, and you'll definitely notice wearing it, but it doesn't cut into my gums or push/pull my teeth in a painful way. After about a week of use it became part of my nightly routine. My snoring has reduced significantly and my wife is much happier.

Takes more time in hot water to get molded than stated. Not easy to adjust, but seems to work well once correctly fit.

Works!

Wife is a light sleeper and I'm a hard snorer. I was reluctant, but it has helped tremendously. No more waking me up to roll over! It does take some adjusting to the feeling of it in your mouth. It's kinda bulky, but depending on your comfort level and how hard you snore, it's definitely worth trying. The key is giving it a few nights to get used to the sensation.

It works for me and helps with my obstructive breathing issues

The mouth gaurd is made to conform to your teeth. Simply put in hot water a bite down making it a custom fit. The lower portion adjusts your bottom jaw to bring it forward. I keep it at the two position. It lasts me approximately two months before I need to replace it. The plastic inner portion does accommodate for breathing through the mouth. The downside is that you are going to drool a bit and there's going to be an off feeling on your bite since you spent all night with the mouth gaurd in adjusting your jaw out of it's natural position. In my opinion and situation it was well worth it. I get better sleep, I've almost eliminated my obstructive breathing issues, and I don't have to wear a c pap on my face. It's approximate 30 dollar price tag is well worth it as for everything it's given back to me in sleep comfort.

Impressive so far

Here's my review so here is limited research. 3 days of studies lol First day no device 2nd image first night with device Lastly, night 2 with device and can tell significant changes. Still some noise as I sleep with fan on and the app records the hum of the fan... but over all impressed as of now. It's not very sexy but at least dont have to worry about waking up the neighborhood any more lmao

First trying an anti snoring device

WARNING: Still in the early stages of my review and as of today I am only 2 days into using the product. Also, this is my first time using an anti snoring device. Product was shipped and packaged nicely. No issues with delivery. The device comes packaged with the anti snoring device, molding holder, travel case, instructions, warranty card and contact information, and packaging box. The instructions were easy to use and follow. The process of molding is the same process to mold a sports mouth guard. You can also remold the device up to 3 times maximum before needing to purchase a new device. The device seems durable and sturdy. Adjusting the device required a little playing around with as you need to make sure both sides are at the same alignment. You also need to make sure you are slightly pulling the lower guard as that is the guard pulling your lower jaw forward. Adjusting the device does require some patience as it’s easy to over adjust one side if the other is already adjusted. Comfort is a topic on its own. First and foremost, if you put the guard in before the mold proper fit will not be there (this is a given if you have experience with sports mouth guards). But depending on the size and width of your mouth you may notice that your teeth could be sitting on the edge of the device. Also, not all teeth may fit into the device. Once you go through the molding process you have the opportunity to better align the guard with your teeth. So far I have been wearing anywhere from 3 5 mins on day 1 and 15 20 mins on day 2. It is recommended that you wear the device at least 10 mins before bed time to help get you accustomed to the product. Drooling and dry lips are possible as I have experienced this. I’ve had to use chapstick to reduce the dryness. Regards to drooling with the device, my natural reaction was to swallow the saliva but I noticed I’m more inclined to bit down on the device. There is a slight discomfort at first but the more you build yourself towards sleeping with it then it seems there is a higher success rate. I’ll update my review when I sleep with it.

First one that works!!!!!!

I’ve tried many different products to stop my snoring. This is the FIRST mouthpiece that works. My wife is so happy because we can sleep together again.
